Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Wayland, MI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining communication with clients, and assisting in the sales process. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
