- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Engage with customers in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build and foster trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain organized work order files and adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Assist with product tinting and mixing according to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store areas clean and presentable.
- Collaborate with the team on deliveries and manage in-stock inventory effectively.
- Continuously stay knowledgeable about the products and discuss available options with customers.
- Provide suggestions to improve sales and overall store performance.
The selected candidate will work at Store , located at st Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960. This is a part-time position offering up to 28 hours per week, with compensation set at $17.80 per hour.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint or paint-related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
