Here's what you can expect in this role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Build and foster trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintain organized work order files and adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Assist with product tinting and mixing according to customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store areas clean and presentable.
  • Collaborate with the team on deliveries and manage in-stock inventory effectively.
  • Continuously stay knowledgeable about the products and discuss available options with customers.
  • Provide suggestions to improve sales and overall store performance.
The selected candidate will work at Store , located at st Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960. This is a part-time position offering up to 28 hours per week, with compensation set at $17.80 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint or paint-related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
