As a Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to the store's sales objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding sales assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Interacting with customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable products and services.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with our wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Meeting and striving to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining meticulous work order files and formulas.
- Pulling the right products from sales floor or warehouse.
- Tinting and mixing products to match customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- Assisting in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Making deliveries when required.
- Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Remaining knowledgeable about our products and discussing options with customers.
- Adhering to inventory control procedures.
- Providing suggestions for improving sales.
This position is located at Store , 4181 B Tamiami Trail S Space 39B, Venice, FL 34293. It is a part-time position, offering up to 28 hours per week, with a starting salary of $16.75/hour.
