This role is vital to the overall success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage directly with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and recommend the best solutions tailored to them. Resolving customer concerns swiftly and maintaining high levels of satisfaction is critical. You will also be expected to stay informed about product features to uphold the visual and quality standards of the store while achieving the sales goals.

As part of your responsibilities, you will have direct contact with customers, including minors, and handle cash and other payment methods. To safeguard our operations and ensure the safety of everyone involved, a review of criminal history will be conducted.

This is a FULL-TIME position based at Store , located at: 244 North Bluff Ste. 3, St George, UT 84770.

Key Duties:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Build strong relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and in line with company policies.
  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve and prepare products from the sales floor and warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
  • Organize store displays and keep stock areas tidy.
  • Perform regular cleaning and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with deliveries as necessary.
  • Ensure in-stock and appealing presentation of assigned areas.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and be prepared to discuss options with customers.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Propose strategies to improve sales outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least a High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Experience selling paint or related products is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
