Your Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout their journey, including sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing.
- Evaluate vehicle conditions by documenting relevant information to assist Buyers in customer appraisals.
- Process incoming vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory checks and daily vehicle scans.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
- Manage administrative tasks such as generating reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and liaising with finance companies.
- Schedule service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices.
