Onsite Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Your Role and Responsibilities: - Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries within a collaborative call center, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to enhance service.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide seamless support.
- Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system to ensure a smooth experience.
- Develop expertise in our products and solutions. We provide the training necessary for you to confidently address product, pricing, and shipping inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to deliver outstanding service.
