Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities - Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently in a state-of-the-art call center.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through Uline's website and assist with online ordering.
- Become a knowledgeable product and solutions expert to swiftly address questions regarding products, pricing, and shipping.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but we provide training to ensure you deliver exceptional service.
