Essential Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Assist customers both in-person and via phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Foster productive relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions per company policies.
- Aim to meet sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain detailed work orders and accurate product formulas.
- Efficiently pull products and mix as per customer specifications.
- Organize displays and stock shelves.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with delivery operations as necessary.
- Maintain assigned areas in a stocked and presentable condition.
- Stay knowledgeable about available products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Comply with inventory control policies.
- Propose sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Multi-language communication skills are a plus; Spanish proficiency is highly valued.
