This role is crucial to the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Specialists collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers regarding our products, and recommend the ideal solutions. You will be responsible for promptly addressing any customer concerns and ensuring optimal satisfaction while keeping up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our offerings.

This is a PART-TIME position at Store , located at: 1640 S 1100 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84105.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services
  • Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
  • Accurately process sales transactions according to policies
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Maintain organized work order files and formulas
  • Prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications
  • Restock shelves and create engaging displays
  • Keep store equipment clean and organized
  • Assist with deliveries as needed
  • Maintain an attractive and organized selling space
  • Remain knowledgeable about our product offerings
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest improvements for sales
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required
  • Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • If you are a current employee, you must have received a satisfactory performance rating
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
  • Experience selling paint and related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish
