Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services
- Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
- Accurately process sales transactions according to policies
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas
- Prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications
- Restock shelves and create engaging displays
- Keep store equipment clean and organized
- Assist with deliveries as needed
- Maintain an attractive and organized selling space
- Remain knowledgeable about our product offerings
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest improvements for sales
Minimum Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required
- Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- If you are a current employee, you must have received a satisfactory performance rating
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish
