Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is an inbound call environment and direct in bound calls experience is required. Any healthcare or insurance call center experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
