This role is vital for the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists engage closely with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on Sherwin-Williams products. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and keeping abreast of product features while maintaining high quality and visual standards in the store.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your job duties will involve direct interaction with customers, which may include minors, and you will have access to cash and various payment methods, personal information, and merchandise. To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, all candidates will be subject to a criminal history review.
The individual selected for this position will need to work at stores within a 22-mile radius of the following location: 1996 Fairview Ave, Prattville, AL 36066. Additional locations include:

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in customer service or retail
- Experience in selling paint and related products
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
