• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Qualifications:
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Previous work in a customer-facing position Compensation: 46000 - 60000 yearly

$46,000-$60,000 per year
