Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking to add to our growing team. Ideally someone who is a fast learner, hard worker, and who is eager to start a career with a company passionate about developing their employees. You will be answering customer phone calls, emails, processing online orders, purchase orders, generating shipping labels and packing slips. You will be processing payments, and working with various systems like QuickBooks, Google Drive, Monday and others.

  • Focus, Accuracy, Quality and Attention To Detail
  • Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Learn about our products and gain a good basic knowledge on how they are used
  • Process online, phone and email orders for products
  • Create and print shipping labels and documents
  • Prepare paperwork/orders for products being shipped out of our warehouse
  • Create purchase orders for bringing in or drop shipping certain products
  • Perform duties in a safe manner and comply with all regulations and company policies

Skills and Requirements:

Must work well in a team environment and be able to follow directions from more experienced employees and managers. Must be attentive to detail and have a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 21 years of age.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Location: inside an air-conditioned office and warehouse environment

Casual work environment - we are a close team, most days casual and comfortable clothing is the norm.

  • You must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • You must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
  • You must be able to sit, stand, squat, push, pull, walk, etc.
  • You must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • You must have reliable transportation

Nice to Have Previous Experience:

  • Quickbooks, Monday or other CRM platform
  • Monday or other job/work item management platform
  • Shipping and shipping portals (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL etc)
  • Invoicing, purchase orders, payment processing
  • Warehouse environment, pulling stock, packaging, bundling
  • Construction industry, manufacturing industry, steel industry, customer service industry, fulfillment, shipping or logistics
