This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our retail stores excel in customer service. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide comprehensive answers about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. You will also be responsible for resolving any customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and staying informed about product features to uphold our high quality and visual standards.
Your role includes achieving outstanding customer service and consistently meeting sales targets for the store.
Your duties will require interaction with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. Therefore, a review of your criminal history is necessary for the protection of our customers, staff, and operations.
In this role, you will work at stores within a 25-mile radius of store , located at 1476 Palm Bay Rd NE, Palm Bay FL 32905. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a starting salary of $17.80/hour.

Minimum Requirements: - Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship.
- Driver's License: Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least one year in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Product Knowledge: Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Equipment Operation: Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
