Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. We are looking for a dedicated individual to work part-time at a dynamic retail location. Your starting pay will be $16.26 per hour, based on your relevant experience.
As an integral part of our retail store's success, you will interact closely with both wholesale and retail customers, determining their needs, answering queries about our products, and offering tailored solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure each customer leaves satisfied. Keep abreast of product features and maintain high standards of store presentation and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer outstanding customer service through effective sales techniques.
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone to identify their needs and suggest suitable products.
- Build trustworthy relationships with retail and wholesale clients.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain organized work order files and product specifications.
- Prepare products by tinting and mixing as per customer requirements.
- Restock shelves and prepare attractive displays.
- Keep store equipment clean and in good working order.
- Support loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Assist with deliveries as needed.
- Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Offer innovative suggestions to boost sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have legal authorization to work in your country without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be available to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - A High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
- Previous experience in selling paint or related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in a second language, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
