• Answering the multi-line telephone system: offer water and coffee to the client
• Assisting Paralegals/attorneys with making copies
• Daily run to the Omaha Police Department to retrieve police records.
• Keeping track of all incoming faxes
• Keeping track of incoming email
• Keeping track of invoices via email and or faxes
• Keeping track of physical mail: scan and save in clients' files
• Keeping track of all the appointments
• Scheduling appointments for the attorneys and paralegals
• Receive payments from clients: document payments on Case Peers and notify the bookkeeper/accountants
• Interpret and translate for the clients
• Log the mail at the end of the day
• Prepare envelopes for mailing office expenses
• Update the office staff list and extension numbers
• Order office supplies monthly Qualifications:
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• Punctuality
• Friendly and caring
• Professional with providers and clients Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
