This position is crucial for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, address inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Your main goal will be to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, while staying informed about product features and upholding our visual and quality standards.

You will play a key role in achieving excellent customer service while contributing to the store's sales objectives. This role includes direct customer interactions, which may involve minors, and responsibility for handling cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. Due to these responsibilities, a review of criminal history will be conducted to maintain the safety and integrity of our business.

The selected candidate will be expected to work at Store , located at: 11148 Cargo Court, Odessa, FL 33556. This is a PART-TIME position offering up to 28 hours per week, with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting the right products.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Achieve sales goals consistently.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Pull products from the floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and create displays.
  • Keep store equipment clean.
  • Assist with deliveries as required.
  • Maintain assigned areas in a neat and stocked condition.
  • Stay knowledgeable on products and available options.
  • Follow inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest strategies to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
