What You'll Do
- Be the Face of Beacon: Represent our brand with charm, professionalism, and enthusiasm, creating lasting impressions with clients and prospects.
- Drive Sales Growth: Leverage your local marketing expertise to generate leads, expand our customer base, and boost revenue.
- Deliver Stellar Service: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client needs with your stellar communication and problem-solving skills.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee daily operations, from facility inspections to administrative tasks like processing agreements and payments.
- Stay Organized & Tech-Savvy: Manage office duties, perform accurate data entry, and use tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and storage CRMs (eg, StoreEdge, StoragePug).
Who You Are
- A social superstar with excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A sales dynamo with at least 2 years of managerial experience and proven success in marketing and sales, ideally with local market knowledge in Ocala.
- A multitasking pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and comfortable with scanning, uploading, and taking photos. Familiarity with storage CRMs is a bonus.
- A high school graduate (or equivalent) with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in RV/Boat Storage or self-storage is a plus, but your passion for customer service and sales is what matters most.
