This part-time position is located at Store , 2207 S Mentzer St. Suite 110 Mitchell, SD 57301. We aim for our Customer Service Specialists to achieve outstanding service while consistently hitting sales targets.
In this role, you will interface directly with customers, which may include minors, and handle cash and other payment methods. As part of our commitment to security and safety, a review of criminal history will be conducted to protect our business and community.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products to customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up displays
- Clean store equipment
- Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in making deliveries as needed
- Ensure assigned areas are stocked and presentable
- Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship
- Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
- Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Prior experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Proficiency in more than one language, preferably Spanish
