Job Details

Customer Service Specialist temporary position located in the North Shore Area. Client is seeking a motivated, organized individual to join their dynamic team of customer support professionals.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide knowledgeable responses to customer requests and questions.
  • Request shipping quotes
  • Coordinate and prepare customer orders to delivery
  • Process and prepare shipping labels
  • Perform database entry.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
Skills and Abilities Desired:

Candidate must have high energy, and be able to handle multi-task projects. Excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn and master new applications. 3+ years of professional customer service experience.
