Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist , you will be part of the Support Department supporting various teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , the ability to multitask , and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Melbourne , Fl. 32901

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: (1st ) 8AM-5PM - (2nd) 12PM-8PM

Pay Range: $15/hr First shift $16/hr. second shift

What's the Job?

  1. Process daily acknowledgment reports from facilities using advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  2. Immediately notify any changes or errors in acknowledgment reports.
  3. Maintain daily tracking of acknowledgment reports.
  4. Apply common sense to solve practical problems and handle various situations with limited information.
  5. Assist with cross-duties within the department, including cash posting, RCA posting, and client posting, and account reviews.
What's Needed?

  1. High School diploma or GED.
  2. Data Entry experience required.
  3. Ability to type 50 WPM.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer programs.
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
