You will promote premium car wash services, Clean Car Club memberships, and trendy retail items while engaging with customers at various service points. Compensation: Starting at $17 per hour for the first 3 months. Average earnings are $18 per hour (base plus sales bonus).
Schedule: Enjoy flexible schedules including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts that cater to your availability.
Location: Waterway Kirkwood - 10850 Manchester Rd. Kirkwood, MO 63122. Other locations across St. Louis available.

Qualifications: - Bring a friendly attitude and a desire to succeed.
- No experience is necessary, although prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
Minimum Requirements: - Valid driver's license.
- Professional demeanor in behavior and appearance as per company policies.
- Ability to perform essential functions safely.
- Comply with local/state health codes for food service/sales.
- Meet local/state age requirements for selling tobacco and alcohol (where applicable).
- Complete all necessary training and certifications.
Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service to create positive experiences.
- Sell car wash services, memberships, and promote additional retail options to reach sales goals.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored car wash solutions.
- Promote Clean Car Club memberships based on customer frequency and requirements.
- Offer additional retail options enthusiastically.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for all customers.
- Ensure outdoor areas (gas pumps, payment terminals) and indoor areas (counters, restrooms) are well-kept.
- Stock merchandise and keep displays clean and organized.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions with integrity and accuracy.
- Follow company policies and procedures, especially related to safety.
Additional Functions: - Perform administrative tasks as required, such as bank deposits and supply runs.
- Support varied transactional functions based on customer and store needs.
- Complete other tasks as directed by management.
Work Environment/Physical Demands: - Work outdoors year-round with exposure to elements like temperature variations and machinery.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- May encounter noise and require vision and hearing capabilities to perform duties.
- Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential; flexible hours may include weekends and holidays.
