Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer service
- Prior experience selling paint and related products
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
- Multilingual communication abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
