Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will play a key role in supporting our customers and helping them find the right solutions with Sherwin-Williams products. In this position, you will build trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions and addressing any concerns swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing excellent sales service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
  • Meeting and striving to surpass sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications.
  • Stocking shelves, setting up displays, and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
  • Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing available options to customers.
  • Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements in sales strategies.
This role requires working at Store , located at: 803 N Bloomington St, Lowell, AR .

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products is advantageous.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
