Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent sales service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Meeting and striving to surpass sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves, setting up displays, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing available options to customers.
- Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements in sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products is advantageous.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
