Little English, a national classic children's clothing brand, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to offer administrative support to the office as well as support to our sweet customers. This position will include data entry, assistance via phone & email with online customers, & care for in-person outlet shoppers. This is a full time position & applicants MUST be local to the Lexington, KY area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, Facebook, & Instagram
- Record customer feedback on products
- Process returns and exchanges
- Manage the outlet shoppe
- Create promo codes
- Be aware of upcoming promotions
