This role is vital to our retail store's success. Customer Service Specialists connect with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and recommend appropriate solutions. You will play a key role in resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction while staying updated on product features to maintain high-quality and visual standards in the store.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting the store's sales targets. The responsibilities involve engaging with customers, which may include minors, and handling cash, electronic payment methods, and store merchandise. To protect our business and customers, we require a criminal history review for this position.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Build trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
  • Aim to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain precise records for work orders and formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, as necessary.
  • Organize inventory on shelves and create attractive displays.
  • Maintain cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Help with deliveries when needed.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement ideas.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 70 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
