Your Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative, technology-driven call center environment.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through using Uline's website and online ordering system.
- Become an expert in our products and solutions. We'll prepare you to address product, pricing, and shipping inquiries with confidence.
What We're Looking For: - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training to help you deliver exceptional service.
