Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire loan or pawn process by educating customers and making tailored recommendations based on their financial needs.
  • Manage customer accounts by processing payments, coordinating appointments, and providing timely assistance.
  • Achieve performance targets set by the Company by fostering business relationships, securing referrals, and participating in community events.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to promote new business, ensure store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using assessment tools.
  • Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with precision.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Adhere to office security protocols and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the cash drawer, vault, and bank deposits.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing multiple tasks and meeting both individual and team performance goals.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
  • Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, is essential for this role, comprising at least 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor in interactions with customers and peers.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for work-related travel (mileage compensated).
  • Proficient in using phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Background check required, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for up to 90% of the time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
  • Previous cash handling and cash drawer/vault management experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be necessary for certain positions.
