In this role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and recommend the best solutions tailored to their requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and showcasing suitable products and services.
  • Building strong, trustworthy relationships with our customers.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Working to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Maintaining precise files for work orders and formulas.
  • Stocking shelves, setting up attractive displays, and keeping the store clean and organized.
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as necessary.
  • Ensuring product availability and a presentable environment within your assigned areas.
  • Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings and effectively communicating available options to customers.
  • Proposing strategies to enhance sales performance.
You will be expected to work at Store , located at: 5574 SW 8TH Street, Coral Gables.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without needing employment sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
  • If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have a recent performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations (3).
  • Completion of all required HR training for current position if internal to Sherwin-Williams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
