This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Specialists are the first point of contact for our wholesale and retail customers, helping to identify their needs, answering questions about our products, and recommending tailored solutions. You will play a key role in swiftly resolving any customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction while staying updated on product features and maintaining the store's high standards for quality and appearance.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will strive for excellence in customer service and contribute to achieving the store's sales goals.
Your responsibilities involve regular customer interactions, and you may handle cash and other payment methods. To protect our business and customer safety, a review of criminal history is necessary.
Selected candidates will be expected to work within a 10-mile radius of our Edgewater store, located at 60 Central Avenue West, Unit Edgewater MD 21037.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
