Position Overview

The Customer Service Specialist supports the store management team by performing a variety of tasks that enhance the customer experience, including providing top-notch service, food and beverage preparation, cash register operations, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and ensure a delightful shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the management team effectively.
  • Handle cash register operations, including scanning items, processing payments, and ensuring cash drawer accuracy.
  • Comply with regulations related to restricted products by verifying customer identification.
  • Restock and maintain product displays to keep store areas fully stocked and appealing.
  • Facilitate customer transactions at the fuel court, and monitor activities to ensure safety.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in all service areas.
  • Conduct regular checks on product expiration dates and manage inventory accordingly.
  • Fulfill housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth store operations.

  • Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
  • Commitment to wearing slip-resistant shoes and using protective equipment when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.50 - $19.25, based on experience and location. Night shift employees will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am - 6 am.
