Responsibilities:Help develop procedures and tools to note and record Customer Site situationsManage the Customer Contact DatabaseKeep our MRP system 'up to date' with latest Customer and Sales documentation statusAssist in creating Sales Estimates and Proposals utilizing existing resources and formsRespond to Customer inquiries; forwarding them to the proper person when appropriateMonitor Progress of Jobs currently on order as requestedQualifications:2+ years' experience customer serviceMust have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.Sales experience is preferredPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environmentBlueprint reading experience Benefits:Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Holiday Pay, and PTO
