Position Overview:

This role supports sales and customer success efforts, focusing on maintaining existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, provide market insights, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and referral partners.
  • Track and expedite orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and sales goals.
  • Provide insights on market trends to inform strategy.
  • Maintain CRM records and report on sales activity.

Qualifications& Skills:

  • 4-5 years of B2B or B2G sales experience (preferred in manufacturing or technical).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales-related technology.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
