Job Summary: The Customer Service Specialist will maintain all accounts, within an assigned sales region, by assisting and troubleshooting with issues that may arise. This is a remote position with standard working hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities : - Process and confirm orders by phone, fax, or email and enter them into the AS400 system.

- Be able to work effectively in a positive, fast-paced call center environment.
- Work directly with the Sales Representatives to process orders and provide necessary documents that are specific to export shipping needs.
- Provide customers and sales representatives with accurate information concerning inventory availability, order assignment, pricing, and shipping details, as necessary.
- Reviewing and follow up of inventory, production, and shipment schedules to ensure orders are ready to ship in a timely manner.
- Confer with departments to determine progress of work and completion dates.
- Be able to allocate inventory based on customer and/or order needs.
- Convey issues to CS Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
- Take overflow of ACD calls when scheduled and necessary.
- Actively work aged orders to determine ship dates
- Be an active supporter of team endeavors to make EF a high-performance workplace.
Experience/Education Requirements: - Experience working in an expediting capacity.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge and experience collaborating with carriers to coordinate shipments.
Other Requirements: - Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and coworkers in a professional manner.
