They will work directly with the team to improve skills and ensure exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- Lead and participate in training sessions for restaurant staff, teaching service standards, hospitality practices, guest engagement, and specialized bar skills.
- Identify skill gaps through regular observation and provide hands-on coaching to improve staff proficiency in beverage knowledge and bar operations.
- Actively support and guide servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff during shifts, fostering a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
- Engage with guests to address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and model exceptional service for the team to emulate.
- Monitor training outcomes and service quality, sharing feedback and practical suggestions with management to drive improvements.
Qualifications:- Associate's degree in hospitality or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or bar operations, with a focus on training or mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and apply knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and bar operations in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and working closely with team members.
