This role is vital for the success of our retail stores, allowing us to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the best solutions. Your goal will also include quickly resolving customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction, staying informed about our product features, and upholding our high standards of quality and presentation within the store.
Your responsibilities will involve direct contact with customers and managing financial transactions, necessitating a background check for the safety of our customers and staff.

The wage range for this role is influenced by various non-discriminatory factors and may vary based on individual circumstances.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
