Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Charlotte, NC. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills.
  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Previous experience working in the home building industry.
  • Knowledge of Windows based applications and Microsoft office.
  • Ability to build effective business relationship's with all levels of employees and clients.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with builders, field superintendents and retail customers in a professional manner
  • Insure accuracy of jobs and job readiness prior to dispatch
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Efficiently and accurately perform data entry of orders and scheduling
  • Provide information about our products and our services
  • Provide troubleshooting of miscellaneous products over the phone
  • Follow up on back orders and service requests
  • Gain trade knowledge on the products we install and represent
