Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist and make a difference by helping our customers find the perfect solutions with our products. You will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers, answering questions and resolving concerns to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Your role will include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Building productive and trusting relationships with customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Meeting and striving to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining organized work order files and formulas.
- Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products to match customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and setting up displays to enhance product visibility.
- Performing routine cleaning of store equipment.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed.
- Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
- Staying knowledgeable about our products and discussing available options with customers.
- Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvements.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Be legally authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
- Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
- Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in retail or customer service, and familiarity with paint and related products.
