financial planning. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Client

Services Specialist to support our Financial Advisor in delivering exceptional service to our clients.


Job Summary: The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the

smooth operation of the financial advisory office. This position involves managing administrative

tasks, coordinating client communications, and providing general support to the Financial Advisor.

The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of handling confidential information with

discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor, including scheduling appointments,

managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and directing them to the

appropriate resources.

  • Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other client-related materials.
  • Coordinate client communications, including sending follow-up emails, letters, and

newsletters.

  • Handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Support the Financial Advisor in client onboarding and account management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the financial services

industry.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O ice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Benefits:
