As part of your duties, you will interact with customers, including minors, and have access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and showcasing appropriate products and services.
- Build productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately according to policies and procedures.
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and set up displays to maintain a well-organized store.
- Clean store equipment regularly to maintain efficiency.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as required.
- Assist with deliveries when necessary.
- Maintain assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
- Stay knowledgeable about the products offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures at all times.
- Suggest improvements to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must have the ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in Spanish is a plus.
