Pay: $17-$19/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time, On-Site

Customer Service Specialist, for a
contract-to-hire opportunity in Bowling Green.
What you get to do: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
- Manage repair tickets in ERP, track warranties, and coordinate repairs
- Handle product receiving, staging, and shipping
- Communicate with sales/service teams and external customers
- Maintain and track inventory levels; conduct cycle counts
- Build relationships with vendors and major clients
What you need to succeed: - 1-3 years of experience in customer service, inventory, or operations support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ERP systems experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- High integrity and professionalism
