This part-time role is crucial to the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Specialists engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions tailored to them. You will also be the first point of contact for resolving customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and keeping up-to-date with product features in order to maintain our high-quality visual standards in-store.
Your responsibilities include achieving outstanding customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales targets. This position will require you to work at stores within a 25-mile radius of Store , located at 1800 9th Ave North, Bessemer, AL 35020.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have legal authorization to work without needing sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to retrieve materials and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in Spanish.
