Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary objective is to enhance their experience through exceptional service. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts with attention to detail.
  • Track shipments and update customers on their order status.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
