Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will engage with clients through various communication channels, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Pay Range: $800 - $1150 weekly
Responsibilities include: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to increase satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
