About this job As a Customer Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through every step of their CarMax journey. This includes facilitating the appraisal, arranging test drives, and assisting with financing applications. In addition, you will conduct vehicle condition assessments, complete vehicle inventory reconciliation, and perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities - Guide customers through the car buying and selling process
- Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate information to Buyers
- Complete vehicle inventory reconciliation
- Perform cosmetic inspections and ensure vehicles meet quality standards
- Manage paperwork, including transaction documentation and customer contracts
- Create service appointments and review repair order invoices

Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
