- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and present suitable products
- Build productive trust relationships with all customers
- Accurately process sales transactions following company policies
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed
- Tint and mix products according to customer specifications
- Stock shelves and set up displays to maintain store presentation
- Clean and maintain store equipment
- Receive and unload delivery trucks
- Assist with deliveries as required
- Keep assigned areas stocked and visually appealing
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest improvements for sales strategies
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Able to lift and carry products up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
- Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
- If internal, must have achieved at least a meets expectations rating on the last performance appraisal
- If internal, must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
- Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
