Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will engage with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and offer them the ideal Sherwin-Williams products. You will primarily work at Store , located at: 2010 Enterprise Dr, Forest VA 24551, with the possibility of assisting in nearby locations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Delivering excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Building trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to company policies.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas for products.
  • Assisting with product retrieval from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
  • Stocking shelves and organizing displays.
  • Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries as needed.
  • Ensuring that assigned areas are stocked and presented attractively.
  • Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options.
  • Following inventory control procedures to maintain stock.
  • Providing suggestions for improving sales strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
  • Must communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Prior experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
