You will primarily work at Store , located at: 2010 Enterprise Dr, Forest VA 24551, with the possibility of assisting in nearby locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Building trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to company policies.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas for products.
- Assisting with product retrieval from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries as needed.
- Ensuring that assigned areas are stocked and presented attractively.
- Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options.
- Following inventory control procedures to maintain stock.
- Providing suggestions for improving sales strategies.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
- Must communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Prior experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
