Answering the multi-line telephone system;2. Offer water/coffee to clients;3. Assisting paralegals/attorneys with making copies;4. Daily runs to Omaha Police Department to retrieve police reports (these reports are saved on a flash drive and saved to Fermin to accident reports folder);5. Keeping track of all telephone calls;a. New clients: verify by way of the rotation list which paralegal it should be assigned to and transfer the call to the appropriate paralegal;b. Existing clients: Verify through Time Matters which paralegal is assigned and transfer accordingly;c. Attorneys/adjusters: verify through Time Matters which attorney/paralegal and transfer accordingly;d. Court staff (judges, court reporter's bailiffs): verify through Time Matters which attorney/paralegal and transfer accordingly;e. Telephone calls are differentiated by CR, PI or other on a spreadsheet (this done commencing on the last day of the month through the 1st day of the month;6. Keeping track of all appointments;7. Keeping track of all referrals;8. Keeping track of all incoming faxes (these are saved in the client files);9. Update Time Matters database;10. Scan, stamp, separate and distribute mail:a. All mail is logged on to an excel spreadsheet;11. Set up criminal and personal injury files for the paralegals/attorneys:a. Prepare tabs;b. Prepare stickers;12. Receive payments from clients, document payments in Time Matters and place money in safe;13. Client contact;14. Scheduling; appointments, hearings and any other miscellaneous scheduling needed by the paralegals/attorneys;15. Court contact;16. Interpret/translate for clients and attorneys;17. Stay up to date on work email;18. Request medical records and/or bills per paralegal/attorney request;19. Prepare intake folders;20. Prepare supply orders on the 15th and the 30th of each month;a. Human resource director will review said orders before they are sent;21. Filing;22. Log the mail at the end of the day to keep track of the postage;23. Take mail at the end of the day;24. Traffic control for walk-ins: Qualifications:
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English

• Professional with providers and client Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
