Job Summary The Customer Service Scheduling Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes while maintaining excellent customer relations. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. This position requires a high school degree and ideally 3-5 years of experience of customer service experience. Previous production and/or scheduling knowledge is a plus including demonstrated experience working with a team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and communicate effectively with designated team members.
Duties & Responsibilities - Analysis of Hose and Industrial customer orders to meet timely delivery requirements
- Coordinate with all team members to determine the applicable production schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Communicate status updates or production changes and generate reports based on the flow and priorities of customer requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Process orders and provide updates on order status
- Address customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet customer needs and expectations
- Performs other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements - A High School Diploma and satisfactory completion of the standard YIA employment selection test
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Physical Requirements Essential to Perform Duties of the Job - Frequently remains in sitting position to perform duties at desk and on computer
- Frequently communicates with internally & externally with employees, customers and suppliers
- Occasionally walks, kneels and stands
- May require travel via automobile or airplane to the supplier
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
