We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our Partner Support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Sales reps, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and effective support. Your mission is to build trusted relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and help our Sales reps succeed by providing an outstanding support experience. In addition, this role will oversee and coordinate onboarding for all new Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first line of support for sales inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Troubleshoot issues related to onboarding, systems access, reporting, and program tools.

Assist sales in navigating our platforms, completing tasks, and accessing resources.

Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Finance, Marketing) to resolve sales issues and provide feedback.

Support the execution of sales programs, initiatives, and communications as needed.

Oversee sales person onboarding including meeting setups, packet preparation, system access and follow up.

Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Computer proficient including Microsoft Office Suite, Google G-Suite, various web browsers, etc.
  • Low level technical support experience (we will train the right person)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly developed organizational skills and time management ability
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Motivated, pleasant, flexible, adaptable nature
  • Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 - 5, Thursday will be 10:00 am - 7 pm.
